Just a little bit south of the state line is the lovely town of Fort Mill, SC. Since Ft. How Far Can a Dollar Stretch? Fort Mill Homes for Sale

Traveling a little bit south of the Charlotte, NC state line takes you to Fort Mill, SC. Not only can you find luxury homes in this area, but there are some median income priced homes to enjoy a Charlotte lifestyle as well. How I came about these homes is I chose to pull statistics about the Charlotte Real Estate Market from the mls based on a list price over $1million that have priced decreases of 15% or more, list prices from $650,000 to $1million that have at least a 10% decrease, and listing prices that are under $650,000 that have had at least a 5% decrease in price.
