The beautiful autumn leaves and the crisp morning air mean that fall has come to Charlotte. You should check out the lower Steele Creek community in southwest Charlotte.

Housing prices in the lower Steele Creek area are affordable considering all the amenities in the area. The homes in the area are a mix of older, established single-family homes, town homes, and new construction. The average home price in the lower Steele Creek area is $213,985.

The River Gate shopping center is the unofficial town center of the lower Steele Creek community.
