Very true, I have been recently seeing business start to pick back up, we are certainly not still falling, and if anything, I would say our Charlotte real estate market is starting to come back.
The market is NOT dead in Charlotte. I have seen brisk business. It is not, howver, the market of 2006 nor 2007.
